PLEASE NOTE:
Private organizations (non educational) are increasingly asking us for the right to use templates although it should be used for educational purposes only as stated by the license.
In order to facilitate the use of templates for everyone we set up a license where the university can download a set of templates for the entire class (see license agreement) and the industry can buy the license for professional use. We hope that the nominal price set up for the template licenses (less than any book and it can be shared by the entire classroom) will not be detrimental to its use. The benefits are used for improving the site and sponsoring students.

Ready-to-use Word templates are available for purchase. You can get a sample of a filled-out template by looking at the corresponding Case Study (note that templates do not come with university logo). Sample reports showing model information are also available for free download.
